On-site support support can be provided at locations in Japan. We provide three types:
- On-site Operation support: Our engineers visit locations every business day 9-6 and provide maintenance, checks and issue resolution.
- Hardware Support
- L1 and L2 support
- IMAC/D support
- Kitting(Installation)
- System monitoring, operation, and management
- Scheduled support: Our engineers visit locations two or more days per week and provide maintenance, checks and issue resolution.
- Ticket-based support: Our engineers work on-site to resolve issues as they occur.
The scope and contents of the support depends on the client’s environment and requirements.
